I think this is the 10th year in a row that at least one ITSM Academy team member has spoken at @itsmf_usa Fusion – #SMFUSION14 – event. As Montgomery Gentry says; “That’s something to be proud of.”
This year, my business partner, Jayne Groll (@ITSM_Jayne) has been invited to present on two topics:
- Session 606: Practical Problem Management: The Courage to Ask “Why?”
- Tuesday, October 21 at 2:45 pm
- Session 704: Expert Focus: Practical DevOps
- Co-presenting with Brandon Gillis, VP, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
The Bank of New York Mellon, on Wednesday, October 22 at 9:00 am
- Co-presenting with Brandon Gillis, VP, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
And Donna Knapp (@ITSM_Donna) will be co-presenting with Anthony Orr: Breakfast Briefing 01: How to Pass Your MALC Exam – If you are planning on becoming an #ITIL Expert, and you are attending Fusion, don’t miss this breakfast!
Until your next visit to LisaLand…Happy Conferencing!
Congratulations ITSM Academy, I measure your training curriculum against all others. To be honest, ITSM Academy’s is head and shoulders above other training providers. I’ve used others from time to time due to scheduling conflicts and their instructors are nowhere as knowledgeable as the ITSM Academy.
